MaineCare Redesign Task Force
The Stephen Group Senior Consultant Richard Kellogg’s policy paper entitled “ Interim Term Quality Improvement and Cost Savings Strategy Recommendations to the MaineCare Redesign Task Force” was submitted on October 17, 2012. It helped shape the adoption of recommendations for enhanced developmental disability waiver management services and care management for high cost MaineCare utilizers.
